Mission. The Department in its commitment for quality education, trains and develop civil engineering students so that each graduate shall be globally competitive through research, outreach and Christian values so that they will be responsive to the need of men, country and the world.

It must be noted that this branch is one of the branches of engineering. The term "Civil Engineer" was first defined officially when the Institution of Civil Engineers, London, England was organized.

Civil engineers design and supervise the construction of roads, buildings, airports, tunnels, dams, bridges, and water supply and sewage systems. Civil engineering, considered one of the oldest engineering disciplines, encompasses many specialties. The major specialties within civil engineering are structural, construction, transportation, and geotechnical engineering.

It is committed to deliver quality civil engineering education based on the principles of Christian Ethics, Scientific ideals and Professional ethics

Competent Instructor - all CE faculty members are registered civil engineers and masters degree holders. Majority has a teaching experience of more than 20 years. All faculty had undergone trainings in Thailand and USA.

New Students:

High school graduates seeking admission should secure an admission slip from the University Registrar after presenting the following requirements:
High School Report card (Form 138)
Certificate of Good Moral character by the principal

Transferees:

They must pass the IQ examination given by the Guidance Service Center if they have failing grades.
They must present the following credentials:
Complete routing slip
Honorable dismissal/transfer credentials
Copy of transcript of records
transferees entering 3rd and 4th year must take and pass the qualifying exam in order to be admitted.
