Refund on Tuition Fees

Students who leave the University after they have officially enrolled shall be entitled to a credit of their tuition and other fees assessment except registration fee in accordance with the following:

For the Regular School Year

80% within two weeks from the official opening of classes; 50% within four weeks from the official opening of classes; no refund or credit will be allowed after the fourth week from the official opening of classes.

For Summer

80% within five days from the official opening of classes; 50% within 10 days from the official opening of classes; no refund or credit will be allowed after 10 days from the official opening of classes.

A student desiring to discontinue his studies during the semester or summer term must secure a Notification of Withdrawal from school, which must be accomplished and filed with the Registrar to effect or credit of tuition.

A student enrolling in the University whose whole account is guaranteed by the Company where his parent or guardian is employed, will be required to present a certificate of guarantee, signed by an authorized representative, to bind the Company to pay the student.s account in accordance with the existing University Rules and Regulations.
